Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Who our Cancellation and Transfer policy applies to

Our Cancellation and Transfer policy applies to applicants and attendees on TCS courses and events. It is subject to the terms laid out in our Terms and Conditions. 

Please keep these policies in mind before signing up to our programmes and take a little extra time to consider cancellation and transfer requests – especially last-minute ones – as these may mean we have to cancel a programme for an entire cohort.

Programme

  • 30 days before the first session.

Cancellation

  • More than 90 days’ notice before the first session: 100% of fees paid. 

  • 90 to 61 days’ notice before the first session: 50% of fees paid. 

  • 60 to 30 days’ notice before the first session: 25% of fees paid. 

  • Less than 30 days’ notice before the first session: 0% refund. 

Transfer to a different cohort

  • More than 60 days’ notice before the first session: no cost. 

  • 30 to 60 days’ notice before the first session: 25% of fees paid. 

  • Less than 30 days’ notice before the first session: 50% of fees paid. 

Installments

  • The Diploma instalment plan  is for 6 payments spread across six months. 

  • For all other programmes, the payment plan is spread across 3 months and final payment must be received before the programme end date.

Cancellation

  • More than 60 days’ notice before the first session: 100% of fees paid. 

  • 30 to 60 days’ notice before the first session: 50% of fees paid. 

  • 15 to 29 days’ notice before the first session: 25% of fees paid. 

  • Less than 15 days’ notice: 0% refund.

Transfer to a different cohort

  • More than 30 days’ notice before the first session: no cost 

  • 15 to 30 days’ notice before the first session: 25% of fees paid. 

  • Less than 15 days’ notice before the first session: 50% of fees paid. 

Installments

  • The instalment plan for all programmes is for 3 payments spread across 3 months.

  • 121 Supervision (online)

Confirmation from TCS

  • 2 working days before the session.

Cancellation

  • More than 48 hours – full refund.

  • Less than 48 hours – no refund.

Transfer to a different cohort

We can only offer you a transfer to a different cohort if an alternative cohort is open for booking. Candidates can only transfer once. TCS will retain 100% of fees paid from candidates who transfer then cancel. 

In certain circumstances, it is possible to transfer your booking to another candidate so long as you do this prior to the first session of the programme. This is subject to an admin fee, payable by the original registrant. 

For our Certificate programmes, Retreat and Masterclass we charge a £250 administration fee for transfer to a different candidate. 

For the Diploma and Group Supervision, we charge a £500 admin fee. For these programmes, the candidate who you are transferring your space to must complete an application form and may be asked to meet online with Senior Faculty. We cannot guarantee that they will be accepted on the programme and the admin fee is non refundable should their application be rejected.
