The TCS Certficiate in Team Coaching is a comprehensive introduction to Team Coaching, designed for those looking to meet the increased demand for competent, confident Team Coaches.

Foundational knowledge needed to confidently step into the field of Team Coaching.

Our Certificate in Team Coaching is suitable for coaches, aspiring team coaches and also for L&D, HR and OD professionals who are working in a coaching role within their organisation.

In this experiential course, you will learn a complete Team Coaching system to embed within your client engagements. You will also develop and enhance your skills as a Team Coach through practising team coaching skills with your fellow participants.

 

The Team Coaching Syllabus Includes:

  • Contracting and psychological safety.

  • Groups vs teams.

  • What team coaching is and how it differs from other interventions.

  • The role of a team coach.

  • Different ways of intervening as a team coach.

  • The process of team coaching and stages over time.

  • Gauging engagement and readiness for team coaching.

  • Team discovery and launch activities.

  • Lots of practice and feedback.

  • Approximately 6 hours of reading over the course ofprogramme (PDF copies of material will be provided).

The Team Coaching Certificate programme is awarded:

  • 30 CCEUs by the ICF

  • ACCREDITED AWARD TEAM COACH TRAINING (AATCT) certificate by the Association for Coaching (AC)

 

Awarding Your Team Coaching Certificate and ICF CCEUS

In order to achieve the award of the Team Coaching Certificate, the following must be adhered to:

  • Timely attendance and active participation at all sessions*

  • One observed team coaching practice session

  • Active participation with your sub-group

  • Completion of required reading.
