Congratulations! You’ve found your way to Team Coaching Fundamentals: the first step on your team coaching training journey.

In this self-guided e-learning course designed and delivered by Georgina Woudstra (MCC, ACTC, Accredited Supervisor, Author and Founder of TCS) and Allard De Jong (PCC, ACTC, Senior Director, Team Coaching Supervisor) you will be guided through the essentials of Team Coaching. 

You’ll be left with a clear understanding of the theory of team coaching and the TCS ethos and values all at a pace that suits you.

Once you've been through Team Coaching Fundamentals, you will:

  • Understand what team coaching is and why it’s important.

  • Have a complete team coaching journey map that you can use with clients right away.

  • Have explored steps/stages of the journey and how to apply them.

  • Understand team coaching competencies and meta-skills that elevate your practice and make you a more impactful coach.

  • Have access to the Team Coaching Community for three months from enrollment on the programme.

    Have the Team Coaching theory you need to access our Diploma in Emergent Team Coaching.
